Building Teams on the Chattahoochee
This fall, thirty students headed to Columbus, Georgia to the Whitewater Express Center as part of a Natural Leader program on team building. The Natural Leader is an experiential leadership program series designed to teach leadership principles through adventures in the great outdoors. Students spent the morning learning about team building dynamics and communication in a workshop led by the Lead Team. They learned the importance of common purpose and the necessity of clear communication between team members. After the workshop, students loaded a bus and headed to Columbus to put their knowledge to work.
