The Leadership Programs office utilizes CliftonStrengths for Students as a personal assessment tool to help students identify their strengths. Students can request an access code to complete the StrengthsFinder assessment and create an account through CliftonStrengths for Students, where students can access a variety of reports and resources for further exploration. Students who complete the assessment have access to a report of their top five most dominant themes including insight into how these themes shape the way an individual navigates life. Once students complete the online assessment, they can register for a group training or an individual workshop to review their results and learn how to leverage their strengths in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
The StrengthsFinder assessment identifies talents and potential areas of strengths development. This workshop will provide an overview of the four domains of strengths and provide insight into how the various strengths manifest in every day activities.
